Ⅳ H7N9要怎麼預防
日常生活應注重增強體質,增加營養,室內注意通風換氣,及時有效洗手,盡量到正規銷售點購買禽類產品,禽肉要煮熟、煮透後再食用。與家禽密切接觸的人員應注意自身防護,勤洗手,戴口罩,避免受傷。要隨時關注疫情動向,一旦出現流行強度明顯增加,要及時調整防護措施。出現呼吸道感染症狀時,應及時到醫院就診。
由於醫務人員接觸患有感染性疾病病人的機會更多,建議醫務人員在診治病人過程中採取必要的防護措施。在接診疑似或確診H7N9禽流感病例時,應採取有效的防護措施,即標准預防、飛沫傳播預防。
還要特別注意盡量避免直接接觸病死禽、畜。吃熟食,不吃生雞蛋,禽流感病毒不耐熱,100℃下1分鍾即可滅活。(以上轉自網路經驗)

三清山因得了大自然的萬般靈氣,孕育出的各色珍寶的土特產:其中猶屬四足魚、石雞、黃蛤、獼猴桃、雞心栗、三清雲霧茶、羅紋硯、三黃白耳雞等為上品。
四足魚:學名叫「蠑螈」,三清山有「四足魚之鄉」的稱譽。山東麓的冰玉洞、山南麓的坪溪和梯雲嶺等山澗小溪中,都有四足魚繁殖生長。四足魚形狀象似鱔,背部褐色,腹部扁而無鱗,尾部又如鰍尾。它體形小,最大才約重半斤、長6—7寸。無毒,但煮烹時會發出一股難聞的怪味。因此,當地很少有人去捕食。四足魚是珍稀動物,曾名噪於巴拿馬。據《懷玉山紀游》(民國十三年[1924]版)記載:「巴拿馬賽會,此魚運往,觀者異焉。」
石雞:農歷六月至八月的夏耿夜間,三清山條條溪澗的石壁處,有石雞成群棲息或覓食,並發出「貢、貢、貢」叫聲。這三個月是捕捉石雞的好機會。每逢此時,山麓的農戶人家便點松明火或以手電筒照明,循溪而上去捕捉石雞。農歷九月後,石雞則深藏石壁隙中不得見了。石雞的形狀爪長有毛。大的石雞一隻重達半斤。二橋墩的山澗中,石雞的皮膚呈紅色,俗稱「紅石雞」。石雞性溫、味鮮、肉嫩、汁有膠質,可爆炒或者清燉,是席上珍品。它的營養價值較高,清燉石雞不僅是美食,而且有壯筋強骨的功效。
石耳:又名石菇、岩耳、石壁花等。石耳,因其形似耳,並生長在懸崖峭壁陰濕石縫中而得名,一般要六、七年才可長成。石耳含有高蛋白和多種微量元素,是營養價值較高的滋補食品,是一種稀有的名貴山珍。《本草綱目》中就記載了石耳性味甘平。具有清肺熱、養胃陰、滋腎水、益氣活血、補腦強心的功效。對肺熱咳嗽、肺燥乾咳、胃腸有熱、便秘下血,頭暈耳鳴,月經不調、冠心病、高血壓等均有良好的食療效果。對身體虛弱、病後體弱的滋補效果最佳。近代研究石耳有明顯抗癌作用。民間用男子食之益精增髓,女子食後清宮易孕。
黃蛤:俗稱「黃皮蛤蟆」。它形狀象青蛙,但皮膚呈黃色並有許多褶皺。大的黃蛤一隻可達半斤。黃蛤常年深藏在山上石隙之中,每年僅在農歷正月下山,躲在有水的窪地之中,時間一般為十天左右,黃蛤下山,天氣必然反常。故當地有「黃蛤下山放炮(即天氣異常暖和,要有雷雨),上山戴孝(指氣溫要急劇下降,會下雪)」的諺語。黃蛤性溫,捕捉後曬干入葯,有消積、治胃痛之功能。據清同治《玉山縣志》和民國十三年《懷玉山紀游》載:懷玉山院主講朱世榮年四十無子,友人童其敕勸其納妾,朱笑而不答。時六月夜,二人同宿懷玉書院。朱足冷如冰。童問其故,朱答得此病已十餘年,不納妾原因就在此。翌日,山民以黃蛤餉之,朱連吃數次,冷足漸暖,後竟連生二子。1959年,懷玉山制葯廠曾製成「黃蛤疳積散」。李時珍《本草綱目》中稱之為「蛤蚧」。
獼猴桃:俗稱「陽桃」、「羊桃」。落葉木質藤本植物。夏季開花,秋後果實成熟。果實卵形或球形,熟時黃褐略帶綠色,皮薄葉多,酸甜可口。果汁中含糖類、脂肪、蛋白質和磷、鉀、鈣、鎂等礦物質和大量維生素C,營養價值很高,被譽為「水果之王」。果熟後剝去外皮可吃,又可加工成查醬、果脯和高級營養品「獼猴桃精」,也可釀制獼猴桃酒。獼猴桃在《詩經》中被稱為「萇楚」;唐代已有人工栽培,唐詩中有「中庭井欄上,一架獼猴桃」之句。三清山林區的喬木林中,多有附攀生長。信奉三清道教的方士徒眾尊之為「仙果」,在果實成熟後,他們恭恭敬敬地採摘下來,供奉在三清宮大殿香案之上,傳說食用此果能驅邪避災,延年益壽。
雞心栗:系錐栗樹結的果實,在霜降前後成熟,因為形狀大小如同雞心,故得此名。它味美香甜如板栗,可生吃,亦可熟食。三清山東麓長有很多雞心栗樹,雞心栗也就得以登堂入室,成為山民們待客的佳品了。
三清雲霧茶:三清山東麓的紫湖、三清兩個鄉,有萬畝茶山,被譽為三清山雲霧茶鄉。據清同治《玉山縣志地理志》記載:此茶,「味特清冽,譽為上品。」現在,三清雲霧茶得到精心培育和精製加工,更以「色綠、香郁、味醇、形美」而享有盛名。此茶氣味似天然花香,但更勝花香,品此茶時,先聞其香,才嘗其味,慢飲細啜,滿口留香,舌底生津。
羅紋硯:三清山多羅紋石,紋理似絲羅,唐大歷元年(766年)已有開采,製成硯台,名羅紋硯。據清同潔《玉山縣志》載:「石之屬有體青而帶白,紋直而理精者,出沙溪嶺,可研。朱子(熹)稱為懷玉研。」羅紋硯結構縝密,紋若水波,石面泛著光澤,呵氣成汗;將其沉入水中,則濕潤如玉。羅紋硯具有發沫細快,久磨無粉雜入墨中、貯水不涸等特點。
三黃白耳雞:此雞因具有羽毛黃、皮膚黃、雞足庶黃、耳葉白的特徵而得名,是三清山麓南山鄉的特產,該鄉農戶飼養量佔全縣總飼養量的70%。此雞體形小,全身羽毛緊湊,行動靈活,覓食力強,成熟早,最早開啼日齡約120天;母雞最早開產日齡經125天。一隻母雞年最高產蛋量達240個,一般產蛋量180個左右。蛋大、黃大,平均每個蛋重53.6克;蛋殼厚呈粉紅色,便於儲藏和運輸。這一特產從70年代末開始在全縣各地普遍繁衍。
白玉豆:皮純白光滑,大似蠶豆,略扁。三清山麓的南山、樟村、童坊等鄉種植最多。此豆含澱粉、蛋白質頗多,可以糖煮、鹽煮、配料炒、烹調皮佳餚,其味清香可與白蓮媲美。

1、馬齒莧
