工作中，我也有一些缺点，比如太过浮躁。在讲解过程中，一旦现场观众过多或者不遵守秩序，很容易激动，有时甚至影响讲解质量。为此我也在好好 反思 ，争取在工作中耐心、细心、热心，只有这样才能更好地奉献世博。
